Terms and rules

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Project Infinity (the "Service"), including our website, community forum, and the software products and licences we develop and sell (the "Products"). By registering an account, purchasing, downloading or using any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service.

1. Who we are

Project Infinity is an officially registered company established in Austria. We develop and distribute our own software. We are not a reseller and do not sell third-party, shared or key-pool products. You can reach us at any time through our contact form or a support ticket.

2. Age requirement

The Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our software and your licence

All Products are our own software and are licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for the duration and on the terms shown at the time of purchase.

  • A licence is bound to your account and to a single computer via a hardware identifier ("HWID"). Where a self-service HWID reset is offered, it may be used within the stated limits; otherwise please contact support.
  • Licences, keys, accounts and access may not be shared, transferred, resold, rented, lent or otherwise made available to any third party. Doing so may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • "Lifetime" access, where offered, refers to the supported lifetime of the Product in question, not the lifetime of the customer. A Product may be retired or replaced.
  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract, resell or redistribute our software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Assumption of risk

Our Products interact with third-party games and services. Their use may breach the terms of those games and can lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans of your game accounts. You use our Products entirely at your own risk. We do not control, and are not responsible for, any action taken against you by any game developer, publisher, platform or anti-cheat system, and no detection or ban gives rise to a refund except where required by law.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe and Mollie) using the methods they support; we do not store your full card details. Any applicable VAT or other taxes are handled in accordance with the law.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Our Products are digital content supplied electronically. Under EU consumer law you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by starting the download, activating a key, or otherwise beginning to use a Product, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; §18 FAGG). This does not affect your statutory rights if a Product is defective.

Beyond your statutory rights, we may at our discretion grant a refund within 24 hours of purchase where a Product is proven to be non-functional due to a technical fault on our side that we are unable to resolve. Refunds are not available for, among other things: change of mind after use; game or anti-cheat bans; incompatible or misconfigured systems; user error; or any breach of these Terms.

7. Chargebacks

If you start a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and all licences, and we reserve the right to recover any costs incurred. Please always open a support ticket first. We would much rather help you.

8. Availability and changes to Products

We work hard to keep our Products online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Games and anti-cheat systems change frequently, and Products may be temporarily paused, updated, changed or discontinued at any time to protect users. Downtime does not, by itself, give rise to a refund.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service or our community to: break any applicable law; harass, abuse, threaten or defame others; post spam, malware or other people's personal data; infringe intellectual property; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer our software. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

10. Your content

You retain copyright in the content you post to our community and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it in connection with the Service. Content may be reviewed by staff and, where necessary, by third-party services (for example, spam prevention). Please do not post anything you consider private or confidential. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of game accounts, loss of access or data, business interruption, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health), and nothing limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including licence restrictions, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service and, if you wish, close your account by contacting us.
